Mr. Wilmoth has over 35 years of experience in the valuation of real property, building construction, machinery and equipment, intangibles, and closely held securities for purposes such as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, estate planning, property taxation, possible purchase or sale, financing, corporate tax planning, bankruptcy, and litigation support.
His experience includes 14 years with the largest independent valuation firm in the country. He also spent 12 years with Arthur Andersen LLP seven of which were as a partner. He established Arthur Andersen’s Dallas valuation practice and developed it into one of the larger practices in the firm. For five of his seven years as a partner at Andersen he also had firmwide responsibility for their cost segregation service line. He established WILMOTH & ASSOCIATES in 1999. The practice is dedicated 100 percent to providing cost segregation and allocation of purchase price services.
Mr. Wilmoth has provided expert testimony on various valuation issues and represented clients under audit by the IRS.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and MBA-Finance from the University of Missouri.

Gerald Snowden has over 30 years of cost segregation and valuation experience, 20 of which were with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen LLP. Most recently he was a senior manager with Ernst & Young’s Dallas practice with overall responsibility for the southwest region and specific industry national clients. His experience includes supporting and appearing with clients under audit by the Internal Revenue Service. He also worked with the IRS LMSB group in developing concepts included in the Audit Technique Guides and the Field Directives..
